Here are the most important tips to remember:

Do not let jewellery come in contact with lotion , perfume , chemicals and soap. 

ABOUT OUR DELIVERY 

Please allow 1-2 additional business days to process your order 

We have two options of delivery available : 

Courier Guy flat rate: R120 

Pudo to locker: R60 

Although Wild Mango jewellery strive to achieve the best and fastest delivery times we do want to admit that there might be hiccups along the way. 

Once your package leaves us we cannot be held responsible for damages caused in transit , loss of parcel or any late deliveries. 

We send orders out from Cape Town and how long it would take to arrive to you is only an estimate and dependable on courier company used. 

 If you order something that just sold out , you will be able to get a refund or exchange it with another item.

Please double check that your delivery details has been entered correctly as we do not take any responsibility for faulty addresses and deliveries delivered to other persons because of this.  

About our collection 

No appointment , no collection 

We make use of Calendly to schedule all our appointments. Once you have placed an order and choose the collection option you will receive an email to set an appointment. 

You are more than welcome to WhatsApp us to make an appointment.

Payment methods 

We offer the following payment methods:

• Debit and credit card options on the website 
• Eft 

EFT / bank deposit orders will only be shipped out once your payment reflects in our account.

Returns & Exchanges

In order to be eligible for a refund the following must be adhered to: 

1. Jewellery must be unworn
2. Must be in packaging as received 
3. Log a query within 2 days (after this period of time we would not be able to assist) 
4. Shipping charges are non refundable 
5. A shipping charge would be added if you exchange an item
6. Earring are not returnable 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Unfortunately we cannot assist with a cancellation while order is still in progress as we already received the funds and paid for necessary shipping arrangements. 

Please note all jewellery are fragile. We will always use our discretion when it comes to applying for a refund because of broken items. We are not responsible to insure a refund when items break in your care.
